I Timothy-Timothy’s Tactfulness Part 2
2019.jpg

1 Timothy 5:19-22  (19) Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses.  (20)  Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.  (21)  I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.  (22)  Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.

God’s Love Song

Psalms 45:1-17  (1) To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim, for the sons of Korah, Maschil, A Song of loves. My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.  (2)  Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.  (3)  Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty.  (4)  And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.  (5)  Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies; whereby the people fall under thee.  (6)  Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.  (7)  Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.  (8)  All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.  (9)  Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir.  (10)  Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father's house;  (11)  So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.  (12)  And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour.  (13)  The king's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold.  (14)  She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.  (15)  With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king's palace.  (16)  Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth.  (17)  I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.

Caring For The Missionaries
2019.jpg

Philippians 2:20  For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.
Philippians 4:10-14  (10) But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.  (11)  Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.  (12)  I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.  (13)  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.  (14)  Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.

Colossians 4:12-18  (12) Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.  (13)  For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.  (14)  Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.  (15)  Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.  (16)  And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.  (17)  And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.  (18)  The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen. Written from Rome to Colossians by Tychicus and Onesimus.
